The 2024 Tax & Toll billing is now being prepared. The DUE DATE will be announced shortly. Our community is not metered and our rates are annual. Water restrictions are in place based on the size of your property. See water restrictions for your water allotment. These conservation measures are also enclosed with your annual billing.
