The Keremeos Irrigation District is presently looking to hire a part-time water operator to work approximately 20 hrs. per week. This may include weekend or evening work. 

Qualifications / Requirements: 

• Knowledge of water system operations
• WD1 or II Certification would be an asset 
• Valid Class 5 drivers licence with a driver's abstract
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Self-motivated
• Be able to work flexible hours and rotating weekends as may be required
• Be courteous and able to deal with customers and other people in a reasonable manner.
• Reliable transportation. 

Rate of pay will be based on qualifications and experience.
