To Owners & Occupiers of Land within the

Boundaries of the Keremeos Irrigation District

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ELECTORS of the Keremeos Irrigation District will be held at the KEREMEOS VICTORY HALL, 427 – 7TH AVE., on WEDNESDAY, MAY 21, 2025 AT 7 PM.

 

FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

  1. To receive from the Trustees a report on District operations, and a financial report for the year ending December 31, 2024.  
  2. To adopt the minutes from the Annual General Meeting held on May 1, 2024.
  3. To ELECT TWOTRUSTEES each for a term of THREE YEARS;
  4. To discuss with the Trustees any matter relating to the works and finances of the District;
  5. To fix remuneration of the Trustees for the ensuing year;
  6. To consider and handle any other business which may be properly brought before the meeting.

 

Nomination papers for the position of Trustee can be found online at keremeosirrigation.ca or by calling ahead to pick one up at the District Office located at 712-6th Ave. on a Tuesday or Friday. The nomination paper must be received at the District Office by NOON, Friday, May 16, 2025.
